Contact - Melvin Felty

Duties and Responsibilities - As a Principal, Mr. Felty is in charge of initial client contact and responsible for conceptual design of projects.  His responsibilities to the Firm include coordination of the projects in the Design Phase, negotiations with clients, and firm management.  Mr. Felty is also involved in various phases of Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding, and Contract Administration.
