New Hope Community church in Loudonville, OH, was in need of space for their growing church when they contacted Felty Heinlen Architects & Planners.
Felty-Heinlen was brought on board to for their church expertise with an initial Feasibility Study and Schematic Design for the building project.
New Hope had already purchased a metal building package for their addition and our goal was to maximize the efficiency within that metal structure and to create a cost-effective, maintenance-free exterior to complement their existing facility.
The new addition includes a worship center for up to 318 people, foyer, café, bookstore, nursery / classroom suite, office / administrative space and men’s and women’s restrooms.
The space was also designed and engineered with the flexibility to expand with future growth as projected by the planning process of Felty-Heinlen. Interior re-modeling involved connecting levels and other upgrades.
