Typically, these exploratory studies address potential options and costs associated with a certain project, before the decision to go ahead with schematic design and full blown construction documents is made.

A typical Feasibility Study might investigate the ramifications of providing ADA accessibility to a multi-floor level facility, what type of lift equipment or elevators may be required, what other ADA upgrades are required, and what are the potential costs involved.

Some Feasibility Studies may compare two or three different expansion options and overall project costs as an aid to decision making by church leaders.
