Master Planning

Master Planning is much more than developing a list of ministries to provide faciltites for. It is listening and understanding what makes your church or organization unique. It is spending time to get to know your church culture and personality.Master Planning is extensive programming.

Master Planning starts with weeks of communications leading up to a Weekend Workshop where we come to your location and interview every facet of your ministry over the course of one weekend. A typical Weekend Workshop will entail about 12-15 hours of time spent meeting with you and your ministries. From that, a Master Plan Program a Space Needs Analysis will be written.

This large document will become the primary reference source for the current and future ministry needs of your church. Then, over the course of three to four focused meetings, a long term Master Site Plan, a first-phase site plan, floor plans and elevations of the first-phase (schematic design) and potential overall project costs will be developed. Several levels of presentation packages are available to suit your needs.
